WebMentor's tag are for people who cant afford a commander's tag, but they are basically a flag for events, metas (without a commander) and zergs. Sometimes they command their little group, but it only holds 10 people. Commander's Tags are for keeping tabs on who is where doing what/how many people you have, because you can see everyone in the squad. WebI'll admit that the commander tag and the 100/300g it signifies carry a certain weight. People look at a commander and like to see a successful player, it inspires confidence. It also helps if they have a legendary, fancy armor or a fancy backpiece. A person in loot gear with a mentor tag doesn't quite inspire the same awe.
